MACBETH: the play

MACBETH

1st and 2nd ESO finally saw Macbeth by Ipa productions. 

After working on it for several weeks we finally enjoyed Joe's story on stage. As a whole, it was a mixture of comedy with a classical Shakepearean plot together with some music.

Throughout the play we get to know Joe Macbeth as well as his ambitious wife, Lilly, a fortune teller, Clare Voyant, and Joe's boss and co-workers. It first seems that they all lead a simple way of life until the mysterios fortune teller foresees changes in Joe's life.

It was an entertaining and funny show; a must-see for secondary school students.
